Paul Pillot Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru "Les Grandes Ruchottes" 2015 (750ml)

One of the finest talents in Burgundy: Thierry Pillot is instrumental to ascending the domaine to its fame today. Thierry is not only meticulous in the vineyard but also in the cellar: most wines spent 2 winters for elevage in the cellar and small new barrels are hardly used for any cuvees other than Bourgogne. 

Les Grandes Ruchhottes, along with La Romanee and La Grande Montage were the three most stunning parcels of Thierry Pillot. It provides finesses and longevity equally of grand crus.
