Arnaud Ente has broke away from the opulent style in his early winemaking days. Now he picked relatively early to preserve acidity without compromising fruits quality. We particularly love and think the description of Arnaud Ente's wine by John Gilman fits best: “These are among the most beautifully refined and mineral white wines to be found anywhere in the Côte de Beaune … absolutely no one in this renaissance in Meursault is making finer wines than Ente.”
