Bourgogne Aligote

While Chardonnay is the most popular white grapes in Burgundy, there is actually another white grape in Burgundy planted to make dry whites. Aligoté is often used to make the sparkling Cremant de Bourgogne or some light, herbal white wines with high acidity. While most of them are simple and easy drinking, there are winemakers aspired to create serious Aligoté with lower yield and serious planting.

We think it would be nice to present some of these interesting wines here.
